DESCRIPTION:Bei der Welcome Music Session kommen jeden 2. Donnerstag im Monat Menschen und Musiken aus aller Welt zusammen. Ganz egal\, ob du selber spielen möchtest oder nur zuhören\, mitklatschen oder tanzen möchtest – bei der Welcome Music Session sind alle willkommen!\nDie Session im September eröffnet das Duo Miras mit musikalischen Traditionen aus Anatolien\, Persien und Aserbaidschan. Musikerin Seval Kubat spielt seit ihrem zwölften Lebensjahr die Bağlama\, eines der bedeutendsten Saiteninstrumente der anatolischen Musiktradition\, widmet sich intensiv der türkischen Volksmusik und verbindet deren jahrhundertealte Klangsprache mit modernen musikalischen Einflüssen. Gemeinsam mit dem iranischen Komponisten und Multiinstrumentalisten Saeid Karami entstand die Idee zu diesem transkulturellen Konzertprojekt. Unter dem Duonamen Miras – türkisch und persisch für Erbe oder Kulturerbe – verbinden sie die musikalischen Traditionen Anatoliens\, Persiens und Aserbaidschans.\nDie außergewöhnliche Kombination aus Gesang und Bağlama mit Klarinette\, Saxophon und weiteren Instrumenten eröffnet neue musikalische Perspektiven und schlägt eine Brücke zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart. Traditionelle Melodien\, eigene Arrangements und improvisatorische Elemente verschmelzen zu einem Konzerterlebnis\, das kulturelle Grenzen überwindet und die verbindende Kraft der Musik in den Mittelpunkt stellt.\nDer Eintritt ist frei\, wir bitten um Spenden. Musician Seval Kubat has been playing the bağlama—one of the most important stringed instruments in the Anatolian musical tradition—since the age of twelve.
